1. How can I place order?
To place order, customers would need to become a member. Please register an account with us by clicking "Register New Account" located at upper right hand side of our site.

2. How to become a member?
In order to become Ladees Love's member, please sign up in our page. The link is located at upper right, "Register New Account".

3. How should the payment been made?
You can pay through our merchant, Ipay88. Currently, Ipay88 supports Credit Card payment, E-banking payment from Maybank2u, PbeBank, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online, RHB Bank, AmBank, EONBank, Alliance Online and Bank Islam.

For those who pay by using e-banking, you must look at your left hand side when you are in payment page. You can click which bank are you using. Besides, you must allow pop-up in order to proceed with this payment method.

To allow pop-up, the steps are as follow :
Internet Explorer : Click Tools in your IE(At top), choose Pop Up Blocker, then, turn Pop Up Blocker Off.
Mozilla : Click Tools in Mozilla, choose Option, choose Content, then, UNCLICK Block Pop-Up Windows

4. If I neither have Credit Card nor E-banking, how should I pay?
You can pay by direct bank in to our bank account. The procedure is as follow :

1. Register an account with us
2. Add the items that you want into cart
3. Click proceed to payment. Click "Bank In Payment"
4. You will visit Final Checkout Page and click "Bank In Payment" again to confirm.
5. You will have your transaction number now. And now, you need to bank in the amount of money into our account below.

6. Inform us by email to payment@ladeeslove.com once you done so. Let us know your :

   After we confirm receive your payment, we will reply your email saying that your payment is accepted and order is approved.

5. Refund
We will refund our customers when there is balance in their account upon their request.
We will do the refund into Maybank or Public Bank only.


6. What if my item is out of stock?
We will refund the balance into your membership account. The balance would be for future use. If you want us to refund into your Maybank account, you just have to email and inform us your account detail. We have no reason not to refund you.

7. How long can I get my stock?
For Pre-order items, if there is no unforeseen circumstance, the goods will reach you within 2 weeks from the date of latest Pre-order date after the payment has been made. For Ready Stock, the goods will reach you in 3-5 days time. For mixture of Pre-order and Ready Stock, it would follow the Pre-orders timeline as we will only send out after receiving all the goods.

8. How can I receive the items from you?
The items will either send to you by post or you can collect the items yourself. For handpick method, you can collect your items at KEZ Hair Studio located at IJM Sg Pinang. If you purchase at least 5 items, you can enjoy a free hair wash session worth RM18 when you collect from them during weekday.


9. How much does the postage cost?
The postage fee is depend on the weight as follows :

West Malaysia:
x < 500g = RM 7
500g < x < 2kg = RM 10
More than 2kg will be capped at RM12.00.

East Malaysia
< 500g = RM 10
501g - 1kg = RM 12
1kg - 2kg = RM20.
More than 2kg will be capped at RM28.00.
*Normally 2 pieces < 500g


10. What is handpick/handcarry?
This is the value added service that we provide for Penang people or people who are willing to travel to Penang. Our customers can collect their items at KEZ Hair Studio. Please refer No. 8.
